Carcinogens are cancer causing substances.Carcinogens are horrible for the human body.Some carcinogens are used in poison while some are in everyday objects like styrofoam, plastics, etc. They destroy your body’s immune system. After the carcinogen enters the body, the body makes an attempt to rid the body of it. The purpose of these reactions is to make the carcinogen a water soluble so that it can be removed from the body. Sometimes these reactions can also convert a less toxic carcinogen into a more toxic
One particular product that contains a ton carcinogens
are cigarettes. Cigarettes contain 49 carcinogens like formaldehyde, cyanide, and arsenic. Also cigarettes open a path for carcinogens by destroying your cilla, that protect your body from infection. That is why smokers get sick all the time because smoking destroys your physical and mental health. Surprisingly 2nd hand smoking is even worse because the carcinogens are going in the air and being inhaled by the people around the smoker. Tar also builds up in the lungs ruining the ability to breath by making your bronchi brittle.Besides that when artificial items are burned they release carcinogens.
