Have you ever heard that smoking is not a drug problem, well it is because tobacco products have an addictive substance called nicotine. If you drink anything addictive like coffee will increase craving for tobacco .

The average age to start using tobacco is 13. It’s never too late to stop smoking when a person stops using tobacco the body immediately starts to repair the damage and after about 20 minutes your heart rate starts to decline to its average beat. After 1 week your lungs are starting to function right.

Smoking does the exact opposite relaxing your body it speed it up because nicotine is a simulant. If you are trying to quit smoking and you can’t sit still just buy something to fidget with. Smoking affects everyone in a different way. For example 1/3 of new and former smokers have weight gain 1/3 loose and 1/3 stay the same weight. Really it’s random what your effects will be you might lose or gain weight or you might stay the same weight.

If you want to lose weight eat right and exercise you’ll be better of that way and you’ll also be less likely to get cancer. If you want to gain weight just workout and eat more. Hey i can’t make you quit smoking you have to make an effort yourself and listen if you tried to quit a few times but got back on it because of withdraw or took some drug and got addicted to it.

It is because you don’t think you can get through that headache without a light just try to bare through it maybe take a nap or something to make the pain go away. Tobacco is something you know that’s bad for you but you do it anyways.

Even though you know that it causes cancer and it hurts your loved ones. Even though it stains the walls of your with tar the same way it stains your lungs with tar and the way it changes the way your brain works. You still do it, i just can’t comprehend how you still do it.
